Why Josephine
Most solitaire sites offer a hundred games and explain none of them well. We wanted the opposite: one two-deck patience, implemented exactly to its traditional rules, with the rules themselves written out clearly and illustrated move by move.
Built for the rules, not around them
The game on the home page plays Josephine as it is documented — two decks, ten tableau piles, eight foundations, same-suit building and one pass through the stock with no redeal. Nothing has been softened to make it easier to win.
